View of the beach behind the iconic Split Apple Rock. Although technically not in Abel Tasman National Park, it is a photo stop on the way to the park whether you travel by car or sea taxi. Entrance by road requires a walk down to the coast fom a car park. The track can be slippery if there has bee recent rain as the rain forest here is quite thick and lets little sunlight through the forest canopy.
