Mt Conner

The Macdonnells photo

Mt Conner is an isolated rock hill that rises abruptly from the surrounding plain. It is part of the same vast rocky stratum thought to connect Uluru and Kata Tjuta. A trip from Alice Springs to Uluru passes Mt Conner and for this reason it is often confused with Uluru, when it first comes into view.
