Coral
Cays (variant spelling of 'Key') are created when dead coral breaks off from
the reef and the surface is eventually covered in soil allowing plants to
grow. The waves eventually break the coral down to sand and hence the reason
why there are so many idyillic beaches on these coral cays. Coral Cays are
flat and usually lack features such as rivers and hills.
